Normally, it would be cat'd onto a floppy and booted. You can also boot it from a hard drive parition. The partition type must have number "1" (fdisk, t, partition number, 1).
Using grub you can use the chainloader command to boot it. To use lilo, you probably want this file from Cameron which you probably specify as the image in lilo (untested).
You then need a netboot image. So far there is the debinstall.img from here which will give you a standard woody installer (minus drivers which you'll need to get onto the machine using wget). There is also an xterm image in the making.
For a totally solid state machine you want to find a "DiskOnChip(tm)" chip and install it into the spare socket on one corner of the motherboard. We're still searching for these...
