Laser Tag with UWAES and Unigames

  • Went very well, about 32 people attended (some arrived late/left early)

Club Collaboration

UWAES Minecraft Server

  • Launching Sat

  • Motion for dealing with misconduct from the subcom: [GPO] moves that for any act by a player/attendee that is deemed unfit or unruly, the subcommittee shall meet to discuss any further action to be taken (if necessary).

    For any actions that an admin/operator (on either the Minecraft or Discord) deems unfit or unruly, they may take disciplinary action as they see fit.

    This includes anyone breaking the rules of the server, or any rules for any of the clubs involved.

    Disciplinary actions could include:

    • Written warnings.
    • Temporary kicking from either the Minecraft or Discord
    • "Dooring" (which is the preventing of the joining of spaces in relation to the Minecraft server) from the Minecraft and/or Discord server, which will be visited as soon as practicable, no later than 2 weeks after the dooring.
    • Actions taken by an admin/operator should be passed on to the rest of the subcommittee, with discussion able to be had before a meeting if necessary.
    • Admins/operators are limited to subcommittee members, as this is a joint club space.
