  • Finished uploading all of the 2021 event files to the wiki and to the committee folder.
  • Went to the first 50th Anniversary subcommittee meeting.
  • Printed out the "You're on Camera" sign and stuck it to the door.

  • I existed.
  • Gonna start on my other project now that molmol is done.
  • Went to the first 50th Anniversary subcom meeting.
  • Finally able to log into Westpac.

Secretary's Report

  • Passed away from assignments.
  • RIP.
  • I am very tired forgive me.

Treasurer's Report

  • No memory of the previous week.
  • Picked up Westpac card.
    • Card was addressed to 2013 treasurer?
  • Got a letter renewing old card and sending it to someone in Sydney.

Fresher Rep's Report

  • Poster for games night.
  • Went to the first 50th Anniversary subcommittee meeting.

OCM Reports

  • - Attended 50th anniv meeting.

    • Working on 50th anniversary survey.
    • Went 2 project night.

Machine Technical Reports

Servers

  • Need to get replacement drives for motsugo.
    • Maybe just use the hotspare. But would need a replacement for that.
    • SSD or adaptor.

Network

  • UWA not doing anything about latency issues.
    • Start pestering them.
    • Potentially know which router is the source of the issue.

Desktops

  • Look at transplanting something into the open air PC case.
    • Not too bothered.

Misc.

  • UCCportal admin approver is fucked up. [BLU] had to manually find her name to approve a signup instead of writing her name and it automatically coming up.
    • Should just be a list of everyone on door? Not sure wy it's happening.
    • Maybe broke with the misc changes pulled in with [BRD]'s.
      • Since people had made changes already to the repo but they weren't pulled yet.

  • [MTL] expressed interest in running a Tech Talk about POTS infrastructure and how it compares to the more modern Internet infrastructure of today.

  • [LGM] has expressed interest in running a Tech Talk about enterprise storage.

  • [CHS] and [EAR] expressed interest in Tech talk about Svelte.

  • Will figure out sem2 plan later.

Club Collaboration

Scitech

  • No updates.

UNI LAN

  • No updates from venues.
  • No-one showed up to meeting on Sunday...
  • In progress.

Cam Hall Quiz

  • Need to start planning.
  • Action [BRD] and [MCW] to start planning event.

Tech Club Quiz Night

  • [GPO] takes over from [I2N] on subcom.
  • [KKZ] on subcom too

Joint Camp

  • Subcom needs to start planning.
  • [I2N] to make a Discord server.
    • Template on ICONS.

Busy Bee

  • The ICONS scheduled busy bee is for the 14th of July.
  • If UCC wants to do one before will just be us.
    • Auction/raffle/sell old stuff.
    • Do door basic training after busy bee.
    • Sunday 18th June 10am.
    • Busy bee but focusing on clearing shelves.
    • Door memebers should give apologies if they can't come.

Tech Clubs Pub Crawl

  • CSSC wants to plan pub crawl.
  • Might just do advertising.

Important/Get Done Soon

  • Put signs under cameras.
  • Need to write code of conduct.
  • Talk to Door about situation from before.
  • Update handovers on wiki.
    • Action Committee to update their handover pages.
  • Update key registry.

General Business

  • Make a new channel on discord where we can post subcommittee minutes ?

    • Add them to the #minutes channel.
    • Make subcom responsibilities include posting minutes to wiki.
    • Subcom minutes need to be provided to comm members per regulations.

  • Should we have a look at updating subcom regulations ?

    • E.g. If we don't have quorum meeting can be started after 15 mins.
    • Rules are pretty well defined just need to start enforcing them.
    • Print out folder of regulations to keep in clubroom.

  • Failed to acquire Marketplace printer

  • Filing cabinets have still not turned out.

  • EOFY Sales coming up.

    • A good time to buy !! $$$
    • Try to find speaker stands for VR sensors ?
      • [GPO] is thinking of donating his Occulous Quest 2 to UCC.
